Operator-first multi-tenancy
One control plane for many brands: provision, impersonate, watch live ops, assign plans, and read health.
AI calling for India clinics, SMBs & agencies
InuL Voice
Answer, qualify, book, update CRM, run outbound, and hand off to humans on the numbers you already have. We provision the workspace. Your team runs the agent.
In production code — not a slide
Catalog and architecture facts. Not a claimed customer count.
Why InuL
Five pillars
One control plane for many brands: provision, impersonate, watch live ops, assign plans, and read health.
Answers from your docs, books Google Calendar, writes HubSpot or Zoho, then SMS/WhatsApp follow-up.
Swap Gemini, OpenAI, or OpenRouter and Twilio, Vobiz, or LiveKit without forking the tenant model.
RBAC, audit log, agent versions, simulator, prompt experiments, and PII redaction — before procurement asks.
Zoho IN, Vobiz, Sarvam Indic STT, en-IN defaults, and Aadhaar/PAN patterns — without a separate product.
RAG over your docs while the caller is still talking.
Google Calendar mid-call — no “I’ll send a link.”
HubSpot, Zoho, webhooks, and custom tools on hangup.
Whisper brief plus summary when a person should take over.
Who it’s for
A voice agent per client without a new vendor account each time. Isolation, plans, and live ops are the product.
Missed calls, Hindi/Tamil/Hinglish, Zoho as the system of record, WhatsApp confirmations, calendar on the line.
Qualify, book the demo, and land the note in HubSpot or Zoho before the caller hangs up.
Contain FAQs from your knowledge base. Escalate with a whisper brief when a human should join.
CSV campaigns, calling windows, retries, AMD, voicemail drop, transcripts, and a cost estimate before you launch.
Regional wedge
Zoho India DC, Vobiz telephony, Sarvam Indic speech, en-IN, and PII patterns for Aadhaar and PAN. Western voice APIs treat this as an afterthought. It is a default path here.
What it does
Callers hear your docs — not a hallucinated script.
Upload files, crawl URLs, retrieve mid-call, and keep citations in the simulator and transcript.
From “when are you free?” to a calendar event.
Google Calendar availability and booking tools, plus in-app demo appointments for rehearsal.
RevOps trusts the phone channel.
HubSpot and Zoho sync, signed webhooks, and custom HTTP tools on Gemini, LiveKit, and OpenAI Realtime.
A safety net — not a dead end.
Transfer with a whisper brief and AI summary so your agent joins with context. Full SIP warm transfer is accepted design (PD.2), not the default path yet.
Meet India and global lines in one knowledge base.
90+ BCP-47 tags, Sarvam Indic STT, code-mixing like Hinglish and Tanglish, language lock per call.
Outbound without a shadow dialer farm.
Import contacts, set windows and concurrency, detect voicemail, score QA, and see remaining cost before launch.
How it works
We create the tenant, map telephony, and assign a plan. There is no self-serve signup.
Prompt, knowledge, flows, CRM, calendar. Rehearse in the simulator before PSTN.
BYOT on Twilio, Vobiz, or LiveKit SIP. First-time go-live checklist is in the dashboard.
Live calls, QA rubrics, versions, experiments, analytics, one usage invoice.
Category
| Job to be done | Voice API kit | CCaaS seats | InuL |
|---|---|---|---|
| Finish work on the call | You assemble tools | Add-on bots | Docs, calendar, CRM, SMS |
| Many brands, one ops team | Duplicate accounts | Seats, not tenants | Operator multi-tenancy |
| Predictable TCO | Four invoices | Seat + AI SKU | Bundled minutes |
| Keep existing numbers | Maybe BYOC | Port or rip | Twilio / Vobiz / LiveKit |
| India + Zoho + Indic | DIY | Rare | Default path |
| Safe change | Prod is the test | Long CAB | Simulator + versions |
Four in-process runtimes — enough to see why InuL is a platform, not a single prompt. Architecture is frozen; we extend packs and adapters rather than rewrite.
Developers
Integrations
Trust
Superadmin, tenant admin, agent, and viewer — permission flags, not a shared password.
Security- and business-critical mutations recorded, correlated, and redacted.
Redaction for Aadhaar/PAN-class patterns; superadmin can still review raw when required.
Snapshot and restore prompts before a change hits live traffic.
Workspaces, numbers, knowledge, and billing stay separate across brands.
No SOC 2 or HIPAA BAA yet — we will not fake badges to win a regulated RFP.
Outcomes
Illustrative stories until live customer metrics are published. Not case studies.
“After-hours tickets stopped being a night shift. Callers get answers from our docs; we only take the hard handoffs.”
“Outbound that used to need three dialers now runs from one console — with AMD, transcripts, and a cost estimate before launch.”
“Multi-tenant was the unlock. We run client voice agents without spinning a new stack each time.”
India pricing
Pay only for the minutes you use. Number rental is separate. Infrastructure sits inside the per-minute rate — not a third invoice.
India list
₹5.80/min
+ ₹600/month per phone number we provision.
₹2,000min. to go live
Your first payment covers the first number and calling credit.
India quote
Number rental is ₹600/month each. Minutes are ₹5.80 — Gemini Live, SIP, recording, transcription, and infra are inside that rate. GST extra. Operator invoices; there is no self-serve wallet yet.
₹3,500
₹600 numbers + ₹2,900 minutes₹2,000
₹600 toward numbers, ₹1,400 calling credit (241 min)How we get paid: operator provisions you, collects the ₹2,000 prepaid in ₹ (GST extra), then invoices ₹600 per number each month plus ₹5.80 per billed minute. That ₹5.80 is a 50% markup on our ~₹3.85 all-in minute cost (~34% gross), not a 50% margin. BYOT skips number rental. Unpaid accounts can lose outbound once entitlement is on. USD seed is $0.058/min and $6 per DID for Stripe tenants (₹100 = $1). Minutes do not roll unless the invoice says so. No self-serve checkout.
